It's hard to believe that anyone would say that, especially in this day and age with the tablets and touchscreens that are about one inch thick, but computers in the 1950's were very bulky and stationary. Without microchips, computers couldn't run as efficiently as they do today. Let's take a look at how much computers have changed over the past century.
